What is coaching?

Coaching is like having a manager, mentor, personal trainer and sports coach all rolled into one.  It’s like having a mentor to really believe in you and help you set bigger goals for yourself, a manager to break down the goals into logical bits, a personal trainer to keep you on track and a sports coach to give you feedback to help you improve your game.

 

A coach works with you one-one-one or in teams, usually over a six month period. You meet in person or over the phone for one hour a week. These regular sessions keep you motivated, make you feel supported and keep you on track to achieving your goals.
