How it works
I come in and work with a team - from 2 to 7 people over six months. They develop key communication skills to be able to work together towards a common goal. The program sometimes shakes them up a bit as they start changing the way they do things and forming new habits. I help them e their own strengths and those of others and to work together to achieve great business and personal results.
